Jamming to the Psalms

Before the days of iPods, smartphones, and playlists, there was the simple cassette tape. It was the place you could store all your favorite songs… the greatest hits from all your favorite artists… and make a mix tape. A mix tape is a list of favorite songs that we can listen to over and over again.

In much the same way, the Psalms are a collection of songs that served as a “hymnal” of sorts for the early church. In Summer Mix Tape, we look at 5 “songs” that we need to put on our mix tape—songs that shape our hearts and minds…and our faith.
